I have been wasting my time these few days in attempting to link a visa debit card to paypal account. To my greatest dissappointment it is leaving me in a dark room. the card I am trying to link is a valid one. but it is not getting linked, prompting a baseless message 'This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method' but to my best knowledge it is not so. if it is linked , OK let me know the account?? . I have been desperately trying to get help through what it calls 'MESSAGE CENTRE' absolutely it is rubbish. not responsive, just waste of time. Why is it so difficult to obtain a construtive resolution to this kind of a simple issue?
