why paypal not answer my message

I have sent all documents and its long time waiting for Paypal to allow me send money. But they never answer my message. Is paypal company closed or Scam?

me too i have tried to link my card but still now i don`t know why they are not even answering peoples messages.

If you open a chat message, it does take a while for them to answer.  Just don't close the chat message, it took a couple hours for them to reply but they did.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
