I've been having a paypal account for a while and today I also got my new debit card. I want to verify my paypal and I have a few questions about that.
1. My billing address in paypal is written in English and I am from Bulgaria. Does it matter that I've written it in English as long as it's the same?
2. I read that you will charge $1.95 from my card after I confirm it. My local currency is BGN so actually the charge will somehow be converted to BGN I guess?
3. I will enter in my account for online banking so that I get my paypal code to confirm my card. My question is if anything will also arrive in my mail or it's just online?
