Protonmail?

So, I’m selling an item, and of course we are doing the transaction through PayPal! But the buyer has approved the money but I am receiving this info from some email called protonmail? It is withholding the money until the package is sent! What is this? Is it safe? Is it a scam?

Hi @Keithdwat and welcome, 

When you receive a payment on PayPal you will see this payment om your PayPal account. Even if the payment is showing as "on hold" you will still see it on your account. If you are not seeing a payment then it would mean that you have not received a payment. Please do not ship out any item until you see the funds on your account and that the payment is completed. We also do not use the email address "protonmail" .
