OK, I have an issue. I sold a woodworking lathe on eBay and the buyer collected it yesterday. Whilst I was stood with him, he paid via PayPal. I now find the money on hold because the item is still showing as ‘not dispatched’ on my eBay account. It says I can either scan a bar code or enter a 6 digit number to prove the item has been delivered/collected. I have neither of these. How can I resolve this without waiting 21 days for my money please?
