Process of adding a new bank account doesn't finish

Dear community, 

 

I have opened a new bank account and would thus like to link it with PayPal. I can run through the process (add account, verify by phone) as usual. However, after finishing the process, I get an infinite loading screen at https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/money/banks/new. When I check my dashboard, it does not show the new bank account. The process didn't go through. 

 

Has anyone encountered the same problem and knows how to fix it? I've tried it on Firefox and Chrome, it doesn't work on both of them.

The same thing is happening to me for a UK bank account. It just hangs forever at the same URL. No solution found.
