Problem converting balance money

Hi I am having a problem converting my balance money into another currency. When I clicked transfer or withdraw the current money does not appear? Please help. I have no idea on how to fix it.

I'm so sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties converting the currency. Are you trying to withdraw a different currency than pesos (PHP)? If so, Filipino accounts can only withdraw in their country's currency and any other currency amount would need to be converted first before trying to withdraw.
