Hello, in 29 January I sent from my bank account to my PayPal account 10 euro, practically I sent to my “ name” account on my PayPal, but the iban number it’s an account from France, now my problem is I didn’t received nothing on my PayPal account, and in 12 February I have to make a payment from PayPal, how I can have that money into my PayPal account? I understand that you send money from a non-French bank account to a French PayPal account. It could be that due to the different countries we are not able to add the funds automatically. I would advise calling us so that we can locate the bank transfer and either add this to the PayPal account or refund it back to the bank.
No need to be concerned, as we are always able to find the amount if it has been transferred to us :).
