PayPal holds 100% of all money sent to me under the pretense that it needs further review for security purposes. The majority of the funds come from my mother and have never been the subject of security. I have called 10x or more to have this fixed. I spent an extreme amount of time on the phone each time to be told that they can’t support my inquiry and to go through the website. When I do that it is the same. No one ever response and I still have not spoken with a live person. Have you experienced this and if so how can I get it fixed. I’m currently waiting for money to be released from PayPal for my sons Christmas gifts.
