Hi! Sold and item last night recieved payment to my account at 20:54pm it said it would take 2 hours. I am still waiting as of 10:37am for the money to go in my bank payment says pending. I have messaged support but got nothing back. I have no credit to call the center. The customer is asking me to send the item but i am cautious as i havnt recieved the money this has never happened before could i have done something wrong!

If you haven't received the money into your paypal balance then how can it be a pending withdrawal to your bank account?

Also difficult to advise when you haven't even said what country you are in?

We can't just guess, we need a bit of info to work with.

I am in the uk and the money was in my paypal balance i done a fast withdrawel at 20:54pm i do apoligise!

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the U.K.

Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community for advice. From what you have described, you have received a payment to your PayPal account and have withdrawn the balance. That's great! It might take some time for the transaction to clear with your bank but if you have withdrawn the funds, you should ship out the item as soon as possible, as the buyer has fulfilled their end of the bargain.
