Please add the bank. Removed by the system

I have added a bank account. I received 2 payments of 0.20 and 0.19 dollars. I wanted to fill in the data. And in the mail I receive a message - "A recent transaction with your bank account ending in <removed> didn't go through.

As a result, bank are removed from PayPal account. "And I can't add my bank account again !!!!

As you haven't said which country you are in then we can't advise but.......

 

You can contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
