I received 2 payments of 0.20 and 0.19 dollars. I wanted to fill in the data. And in the mail I receive a message - "A recent transaction with your bank account ending in <removed> didn't go through. As a result, bank account are removed from PayPal account. And I can't add my bank account again !!!! "If you feel this rejection is in error, you may also email PayPal Customer Service to verify this bank account by going to:" - was sent to me by mail.
