Why does it take 7 days for payments to be verified? And when do I get my money into my PayPal account? And then into my bank/card?

What do you mean payments to be verified???
Payments from buyers should be instant but may have pending next to them if you are subject to the new seller hold.
As soon as they show as not pending in your paypal account you can click on withdraw funds and send them to any bank account or card.
NEVER send anything unless the funds are SHOWING in your paypal balance as it would probably be a scam.
