Has anyone else run in to this problem? I have 3 pending payments that have been pending for 3 weeks now. I have received other payments since this that came thru no problem. I had to pay $95 dollars out of my own pocket for the cake pops these friends ordered from my daughter as a high school fund raiser. Now these people have received their purchases and I am still in the hole $95 dollars that you are holding hostage. This is starting to be very upsetting for me! I am not rich and do not have $95 dollars laying around. This needs to be settled now. I have been a PayPal account holder for 10 years in good standing and have never had this issue.
