I have recently sold something and my money continues to say “pending”. However, the package has been shipped and delivered. I received an email saying I can claim the money but I do not know how. What steps do I need to take the be able to access my money and deposit it into my account. I need help ASAP. This has happened to me previously and I ended up losing the money. If anyone knows somebody I can call or contact about this situation please feel free to let me know! Thank you in advance.
