Pending money on hold

I sold an item after having to create a new account with pay pal on the 2/2/21, and even before my money showed up anywhere pay pal almost instantly helped themselves to my funds and deducted their fee. My customer has received the parcel I sent on the 12/2/21 and tracking was provided from when it left me to tracking being updated and my customer updating his end on PayPal stating it was received by himself the same day. I also updated my end on pay pal 12/2. My money is still showing as on hold and when I look a bit deeper found that the expected release date of my money is the 23/2. I was under the impression once delivery has been fullfilled and pay pal updated with this info the funds would be released within 24 hours of doing so. It's now 2 days later and the money is still on hold and not a human pay pal rep in site for me to get answers. What's the go here I'm really starting to get the shirts here as I need my money in order to continue trading, pay pals incohearant behaviour is costing me possible sale loss and this behaviour is totally un acceptable. What do I do?

Funds are normally released when tracking shows online that the item has been delivered to the buyer + 1 day as long as you used one of Paypals supported carriers.

If completed and no funds released then contact c.s. and request manual release of funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
