Pending Payment

Hi,

I have been trying to refund a payment since the 23rd of May. It is showing up in my account as being pending. When I made the refund I did the usual on PayPal and just pressed refund payment. My customer is getting really annoyed and I fear that I will get negative feedback.

Does anyone know what might be going on?

You can only refund via 'cleared' funds in your paypal balance OR from your bank account (not a debit card).

So if your funds are pending then paypal would take the funds from your bank account, if they are pending then its gone as an echeque and you and the buyer need to await echeque clearance.
