Pending Payment

Hello, I sent my client an invoice of 154$ to pay me for the graphic designs I made for him, He paid but the payment is still pending, I confirmed the shipment and it says "You have recently updated your shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery." Does that mean I'm getting the money into my Paypal balance within 24hrs?, the money is currently on hold, I need it Asap.
