I have a new account with PayPal and I just received 4 payments for my business. 1 payment paid immediately and the other 3 are on hold. I have done everything it said to get my payment and what's worse, there is a chat that is automated, so I cannot get the issue resolved because there is no LIVE PERSON TO HELP!!!
