There are two Pending/On Hold transactions in my Paypal. I linked my bank, and my debit card, so I am already "verified". I go to click "Get Your Money Sooner". I click "Service/Virtual Product" because it is a tip for streaming, not selling a physical/digital item. When I do this though, no matter which browser I use, nothing comes up. It is a blank page that is fully loaded. I can't see anything to do anything further. What is up with that? What do I do? The website is broken for me?
