I just tried to transfer money from my paypal balance to my debit card and the transfer is pending. It said it would take up to 24 hours to review. Does it really take that long? I have a lot of charges coming in in the morning and I don’t want to catch over draft fees. I need this money to go through. PayPal just **bleep** me.
