Hello, over the weekend we received some orders purchased through Paypal express but the payment is not showing up in our Paypal account. Anyone else dealt with this?
I am having this same issue. I just started a business and used paypal express as a pay option and all my payments are on hold. They want me to provide tracking info but these orders don't ship out. They are local so the customer picks up. This is holding up all my order as I will not release the packages until I receive the funds. I cant get paypal to respond back to me explaining why this is happening.
