Paypal withdraw problem

Hello guys! I use my paypal account for long years. Mostly to pay fees, occasionally for E-bay transactions. Some weeks ago I had two e-bay selling, one of this a higher amount, I received EUR 1800 from  E-bay transaction. At that moment, paypal limits my account, while i confirmed my identification. It was successful.  After the Ebay unblock my founds, I tried to withdraw my founds to my bank account, but it was failed. I thought it caused by some credit card, or bank account amount limits. After that, I did the appropriate action for cancel the transaction amount limits in my credit card, and my bank account (I recieved a 4 digit code to my bank account etc...). It was successful too. It is done hours ago, despite I can't withdraw my founds to my bank account. The usual message in the end of the failed transaction is the next: "Problems arose, we can't transfer the money, to your bank account at the moment! " Nothing more, what actions does they need how I solve this problem. Do you have any idea, what can I do???

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account and not debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?

I have the same issue @kernowlass when I transfer the error is " Please check your information please try again later"

Have you verified / confirmed your bank account? Yes (how would you know if it's not verified)
Are the funds cleared and not pending? funds are clear
Are the funds in your countries currency? PHP
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name? Yes
