Help guys i tried to transfer my paypal balance to my gcash account, at first is says done but a minute later i received a text message and email from the paypal that I'm not allowed to do this transaction.
Anyone else having this issue?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
