Paypal's Cash site keeps redirecting to my dashboard when I try to generate a barcode

Have been trying to load cash onto my paypal business account but when I goto https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ppcash and click "Log In to Generate Barcode" it keeps redirecting me to my PayPal dashboard, likewise my PayPal account has no option within the dashboard for adding money except by linked bank account.

Have you tried generating a barcode with the PayPal app? Keep in mind, barcodes generated with the app can be scanned for one hour only.

Have you tried the regular non Business PayPal App?

If you are using the regular PayPal App, update to the most recent version if you haven't, and see if these options are available: Manage Balance, Add Money, Add cash at a store.

That's the app I am using, there is no such option

Could PayPal Cash loading be unavailable for Business accounts?

When you select Manage Balance, you're not seeing an Add money tab at the bottom? Sometimes deleting the app and reinstalling it will help in situations like this.

Also, and this is just speculation; if you are able to sign up for the PayPal Cash debit card with a Business account, maybe the Cash loading feature will get added.
