Paypal link debit card problem

Hi,when ı try to link my debit card it saying this card is linked by another account but ı remove the debit card from the other account but it still saying this card linked to another account help me please

Give it a couple of days for the system to play catch up and then try adding it again.

But it can only be added to a paypal account 3 times in the cards lifetime.
