Paypal is a scam company stealing money

Over a month ago I sent money to my Paypal account with the correct reference. One week nothing happened, I sent three messages asking about that. Customer support completely ignored everything and didn't reply. On fourth message they said they sent the money back to my bank on Sept 12th which is not true. Since then I sent eight new tickets and they keep ignoring all of them and they reject to provide any evidence or any details about the transfer.

To each message I only get automated reply and then the same reply that they couldn't find any transfer which is not true because they already wrote once that they sent the money back so they contradict themselves in each message.

Paypal is a fraud and I demand the manager to solve this ticket immediately.
