Paypal charged me twice

I had -$14.20 in my paypal account so i transferd money from my bank account to paypal on the 07Jun2019 And today i saw (paypal +[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]AU another transaction in my bank account from paypal of $14.20 . So that's mean i paid the $14.20 twice.

When you have a negative balance then paypal will keep trying to clear that neg balance by automatically applying to your bank account for those funds.

This would happen for as long as the account was in negative.

So if you have 'sent' funds to your paypal balance but its not completed yet (takes about a week) then they will keep trying.

Whichever payment transfer reaches your paypal balance first will clear that negative balance and any following one will be +credited to your paypal balance and you can withdraw it back to your bank account again if you wish to.
