Paypal account and credit card

Hello I need help i was linking up my PayPal account and card and in the process i deducted $1.95. But i didn't receive the 4 digit in process so and my credit card is allowing me anymore to link with PayPal so what can i do to fixit with PayPal account

I'm so sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties trying to confirm your card. Many banks may take a day or two before the charge is completed where it will show the 4 digit code and may not show the code while it is still pending. If there is still not a code by now, you may need to contact your card issuer and ask that they look into the charge's details for the code.
