So to start explaining. I have sold a gaming pc and delivered it via royal mail next day guaranteed. the pc was roughly £500 inc delivery. I have added tracking number one day after buyer sent payment. I waited 21 days but money still on hold. I just contacted chat bot after 22 days and the bot said this "I've looked at this transaction and it appears it's somewhat unusual for you compared to your previous selling activity, so we've placed it on hold. The expected release date of the payment is ." Yes the bot didn't give any date just . What should i do i did everything inc tracking number and waiting 21 days. Thanks
