Hello, Im trying to contact paypal via live chat, but it seems that they are offline all the time. Anyone have reached them succesfully this time? I know the situation in the world and in UK right now, but this is a big company and in my opinion there should always be available agents working from home and answer people question and give solutions to the problems. Its like a bank with peoples money inside so there shouldnt so much problems here or at least the help would be appreciated. . The problem is that my account has been limited about a year ago and Ive got a message from paypal that my money will be released after 180 days which have passed a long time ago. But the thing is that I have never received any email with the instructions of how to withdraw my money and now I cant even reach for any help(tried facebook and twitter as well) as it seems they are always offline! Im very upset by such company. Any help of how can I succesfully contact them? Thank you.
