I've been selling electronics on eBay since January. I sold enough items to not recieve eBay holds a few months ago, but as of recent my money has been put on hold again. I contacted eBay and they said they released the money on their end, but it's paypal that is putting the money on hold. Why is this and how do I stop getting holds?
Reasons why you may have returned to the hold possibly are >>>
1. New seller. 2. Not sold for a while and returned to selling. 3. Dipped star ratings on ebay. 4. Recent buyer disputes. 5. Selling on a different email address or ebay i.d. 6. Suddenly selling a high cost item against normal selling history?
If its none of those then your best bet is to contact Ebay or Paypal customer services to ascertain why.
