Why do some payments take longer to go through? I sent a payment to 2 people on the 5th and one got theirs within a day the other is still saying pending yet it has come out of my account.
Perhaps the recipient has not gotten the opportunity to claim the funds yet. OR PayPal is having them jump through hoops to claim their funds by needing to verify their identity or PayPal is doing a routine review of the transaction before releasing the funds to them.
