Payments on hold

I have a payment on hold pending a confirmation from buyer, the buyer(we met in person) has received the merchandise and is satisfied with the items. The buyer won’t confirm it throughout PayPal for unknown reasons. What else can I do to speed up the process?!

Sadly you can't, personally i would never use paypal for an item being personally delivered or collected as you would have no seller protection.

Why not just say 'cash on collection' and then you won't have to wait the 21 days for funds to be released AND you would have no fee.

Thank you for replying. Normally, I do collect cash, the atm at the meeting location was out of order.
