I sent a payment to my daughter yesterday and she could not get in her account because of new phone and #, she opened a new account with new #, can I transfer $ sent to to old to the new, or get it sent back to me?
What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending (with a clearance date) 2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option. 3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option. 4. Payment or Sent. 5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.
Secondly how did you send the funds ie which paypal option did you select AND how did you fund the payment ie which funding source linked to paypal.
