Payment resolution

I had gone over my balance by 140euros so my paypal would not let me order again however when I checked in my bank statement it says that the 140 has been taken out of my bank 5 days ago yet the negative 140 balance is still there on my paypal.

How do I clear this without having to pay twice for my order?

Allow 5-7 working days for the processing echeque (electronic not wire transfer) to go through and complete to paypal to resolve your balance.
