I Provided all neccessryy information and i was expecting payment to he realised by 7 days but  its almost 2 weeks and still on HOLD, The problem is PAY-PAL is not answering phone or messages. i contacted them since 14 days and no reply, i am so fed up and angry with this unprofessional service.

They don't give a sh** that people are also affected due corona and need those moneys... Try to call , sorry we are closed because off coronavirus so that means am going to wait 2 months for my money till u open again?? Joke...

Paypal customer service Must be sleeping while sellers are suffering.

All thier phone is closed while it must be opened 24/24 but there is noone to help, i am pretty lost how can i slove this iusse since it s been already almost 21 days and yet funds is not realised

There are several reasons why a payment to a seller will be put on hold. Check below article for further details. Instead of waiting 21 days of hold, ask your buyer to Confirm Receipt of the item and just follow the steps provided in the article below. Once the buyer is done confirming the receipt the balance will be release automatically as your PayPal Balance. Moving forward, you can also upload tracking number to your PayPal account under Activity Tab and once confirmed deliver it will automatically release after 25 hours.
