Payment holds on your sold items

 I understand the ENTIRE concept of holding PayPal payments from new sellers. I have never argued this fact. I am curious, however, as to why after the last to items I sold... (where the funds were available relatively quickly after I shipped) this next one is not. I have ALWAYS sold and then SHIPPED my items within the 2 day period, and to be honest, I have done so usually within 1 day. I have a 100% rating, and I have never had any complaints or returns. However, after this last sale... It was which was placed Monday Feb. 17th 2020 and shipped Tuesday Feb. 18th 2020!! It still says that my funds would be not be available until March 2nd!

I don't understand why I abide by all the stipulations. I guarantee satisfaction. I ship on time. I pay my dues, fees, etc.... and I have a 100% rating that I still have to wait from the 17th of February until March 2nd ( 14 days later ) to receive my PayPal Funds. 

Especially since the last time I shipped out 2 orders my funds did not take that long. WHY AM I BEING PUNISHED OR NOT IMPROVING in status when I am doing everything as well if not BETTER then is expected?! AND why would I get funds sooner with the last 2 shipments rather then the one I just shipped out today?!

I'm sorry to hear that the delivery estimate is longer for the most recent item shipped. The estimated date of release is based on when it is believed that the item will be delivered.

If the tracking was provided previously after the item was delivered or at the very least after the shipping company acknowledged the label, the delivery status would have been checked and updated at the time the information was entered, and would reflect the updated information. If the information on the last transaction was added before the shipping company updated their servers, a longer estimate might be displayed. It is important to remember that it is only an estimate. Factors can make the actual time the payment is released shorter or longer depending on the actual delivery date of the item. Another consideration to note is that if the item is being shipped internationally, there may be delays.
