I hope anybody can help with this: PayPal told me they are going to keep money i got for a 3d job i did for 24 hours since it is an unusual transaction. 24 hours have long since passed and when googling this, everywhere says 7 days up to 21 days. The people who sent the money have a confirmed transaction already and i really need the money. Anybody now what PayPal is going to do or why it seems incapable of giving reliable information on how long they are keeping the money?
