I sent money to a vendor on the 24th . Unfortunarely someone them told me I was scammered. I stopped the yament but found out th einformation is oncorrect. Pyment came back the nxt day that the case was closed and the payment has cleared my account. The Vendor still has the payment on hold and Paypal are not releasing the funds to him. I have sent the Vendor the information from y side shaing the case is closed. There were two transactions one for $50 and another $1,600. The $50 has reached his account but the $,600 is still on hold No reason has been given by Paypal . I called paypay yesterday they said there is othing pending on my side its all cleared. So why is it still on hold in the Vendors account? Help I cant call Paypay today as the telephone calls service is not working? HELP!
