Payment Is "on hold"

The payment is a gift so there is no tracking number that I can give the system. I tried to ask the sender to click the "Confirm Receipt" button, but none is showing up. 

 

Is there any way to fix this problem?

If it was a gift then why didn't the sender use the friends/family option and not goods/services?
