I NEED HELP PLEASE!! So it’s been about a month now that I have been calling customer service only to be hung up on after being transferred several times! I withdrew money from my bank and there was a double charge. The next day it made a mistake and thought I withdrew an additional $400 when I only did it once! I AM DESPERATE! What do I do when I’ve been constantly hung up on and I have screenshots of all this evidence!
