I am receiving an error message when I try to take the money that is in my PayPal account and transfer it over to my link to bank account. Has the same error each time and it says sorry please try again later with the big triangle on the screen.
PayPal internal security system may have been triggered. Please try to withdraw again in a few days to allow time for the system to reset/cool down. Repeating failed actions to force it will stall/delay the reset because the system is protecting itself.
