I have a business account and I'm based in Bulgaria. I have two linked cards - one in USD and one in BGN. I just tried to transfer an amount in USD to the USD card, but for some reason PayPal wants to exchange the amount in BGN first and then to transfer it to the USD card. Thus, I will receive my money after a double exchange - once PayPal will exchange the USD amount to BGN and transfer it to my USD cards, and after that the bank will exchange the BGN amount to USD.
I have a linked USD bank account as well. When I try to transfer my USD money to this account, PayPal wants to exchange the amount in EUR. And again - I will get them after a double exchange.
I've never had such issues before, any idea what's happening?
