PayPal sales limit is way too low?

PayPal will withhold for 21 days any money above $3,800.00 CAD in sales each month for the reason(s) listed below. You can process $211.63 CAD more this month before you reach that threshold.
We've noticed an unusually large increase in your sales activity.
On 18/04/2021, you requested an increase of the amount available to you. You can make another request on 18/05/2021."

Its only the 12th day of the month, and I'm already near the amount I can sell per month. I made a request last month for an increase in my sales limit, which wouldn't even let me provide a reason, and it got denied. I'm selling far more than the $3800 monthly sales limit that I have, and I'm unable to do anything about it. If anyone can help me on this topic, or if anyone has had any experience on this topic, please reply.
