I purchased a treadmill in April for $98.99 the seller never got back with me to give me any information for around 2 weeks I was receiving blank messages when I got in touch with the seller I notify PayPal of what was going on and I started to get suspicious! Upon my investigation the seller finally gave me a transaction number for a package that went to a fraudulent address that was not connected to me also after having the United States post office involved and the postal inspectors I found that the package sent with the tracking number was only 13 Oz this treadmill what's the hold up to 300 lb I have paperwork from the post office to verify the things that I'm telling PayPal and I've had my dispute cancel then I persistently got the dispute appealed and now the case is reopened and I just don't know what to do because the seller is saying that they sent the package and I do have now the transaction number but upon the investigations of the postal system the inspectors and the United States Post Office they found that this package that the seller sent weight only 13 Oz! How do I get my $98.99 back also PayPal Community the seller sent this package to a fraudulent address that is not connected with me and I've made PayPal aware of this information also
