I have my prepaid credit card linked to my account. I don't understand how to add funds to my personal account and why I can not transfer funds from my credit card. What do I do
You can't add funds to a paypal balance via a card BUT why would you want to do so?
You never need funds in your Paypal account balance as a buyer. When you purchase an item then Paypal credit the seller for you, this is so there is no delay in the despatch of your item. Paypal will then take the wait for the funds to transfer to reimburse them.
Paypal will take the purchase price automatically from any linked and confirmed card.
