PayPal Can't Verify My Bank and It's Costing Me Money

Hey guys, I'm a new seller and have been trying to verify my bank account for literally over a month now. I use a regional bank which is the only one available in the area I live in, which is a kind of small rural community.

First it just took forever to load between steps. Then, when I finally got it to send the withdrawals, it just sent them back. Now it's telling me that I can't use that bank account at all--yet again, it's the only bank I have access. I've checked and all the bank info is correct.

The money was just held in limbo. Now it's sending it all back to the consumers. I've already lost $100 this way and am bound to lose $200 more. PayPal won't verify my bank--the page has told me I am unable to use that bank account. A few customers have agreed to pay me via Venmo, but I feel really embarrassed doing this because it isn't their fault at all and it feels very schemey, even though they can confirm that they've been refunded.

I'm just very frustrated. I'm a college student with very little money so it honestly feels like I'm being robbed. I started crying the first time it happened (yesterday) and I've never felt so overwhelmed. Any help would be majorly appreciated.

Hello @frustrated54324

Thank you for reaching out to the PayPal Community. I am sorry to hear of the issues you've been running into when trying to get your bank added. I can understand being frustrated about this and I don't want you to lose more money. If you are not able to add your bank again, we'd want to take a closer look into this. To avoid sharing personal information over a public forum, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Service support through either Facebook or Twitter. If you don't have a Facebook or Twitter account, you can always go to the bottom of any PayPal page and click "Help" or "Contact."
