PayPal Balance not Updating

I sent myself a payment through the Freelance Website Upwork. The payment shows as received on PayPal but my account balance hasn’t updated at all.

Hello, Same problem here. I just transferred funds from Upwork. It says payment complete but does not add up to my Paypal Balance. 😞
