PArtial Refund Not Recived

Seller didn't send a partial refund as stated , i received a message from paypal that a partial refund is issued and estimated that it will be 17 of April ! but still not refunded even in activity i have the transaction number 4A02075248976022P but nothing happened until now !!!

i didn't find the refund in search of history how do i confirm if its matter of time or there isn't real refund ?

If the refund was done via the dispute then it may not show in your activity.

I would give it a week and see if it shows up on your card and if not contact customer services to open the dispute again if it was closed.
